Background:
when it comes to the tutoring time, I am told that my position is being taken place by others.
Analysis Process:
Facing this, I feel so anxious and unhappy. And then, I tell myself ," calm down and move on".
Why this happens?

Using two-track approach, Rationally, the flow steps I think my own one is okay. I make this judgement based on discussion with my coworker.

Emotionally, my commuication way doesn't fit for my students.

Any theory has its own pros and cons, and it does not apply to all the situation. Specifically, it just applies to some situations.
Back to my own case, I wrongly evaulate myself so high. If I were my student, I also made the same choice because anyone did not like to follow so-called overpride teacher.
Human is born with ignorance. And everyone could be a better one after a good training.
In addition, when people talk with me especailly in this case, I mostly communicate with nonsense and never-ending narration.
AS a result, a link between us is not smooth in terms of communication.
UPDATED—— “DRAMA QUEEN ” phenomenon, it means that one wants to act more which may cause concerns about so-called "pilipala" kind of drama so that people could pay attenttion to him or her. Honestly, that guy feels not secure and immature, he hopes to brush the presence in order to be self-confident.
Method:
1. Do not say more to my unacquainted coworker. For you, this process is just a small chat. But, for them, I am doing some complaints. And then, it reaches to a student's ear so that my postion is replaced.
2. PAY SERIOUSLY TO YOUR OWN BEHAVIORS WHICH RELATES TO ANY INTERESTED PARTY (INCLUDES YOU).
3. Attentively, pay more on your own stuffs. communicate calmly.
