Dream with my motherland

Good morning everyone. It’s my great honor to share my speech here. My topic is dream with my motherland.

I began to think about the idea when I saw a meaningful question. The question is “At which moment are you proud of China?”

I’m proud of China when I buy something using Wechat or Alipay almost everywhere.

I’m proud of China when I see Chinese women volleyball players get the world champion.

I’m proud of China when I see our Chinese army walking in front of Tienanmen Square on National Day.

However, I show my most passion to this picture -----

Yue gong 1, the totally closed room, is designed for the scientists living on the moon. Four volunteers has lived in Yue gong for 370 days, which set a new record in the world. How amazing! The scientists grow vegetables, grain and wheat, which provide them with vitamins, minerals, fibers and the most important things, Oxygen and drinking water. What’s more,(展示面包虫) scientists even feed worms which can provide them with protein. China is the first country that feed animals in such a closed room.

As a student majoring in gardening, I often plant carrots, soybeans and mung beans with my classmates in my school. These are what I plant

at school.

I have a dream that one day, I can plant vegetables at Tiangong in space to help realize our Chinese Space Dream. At that time, I will be proud of China and myself.
