摘要：The invention demonstrates the application of an artemisinin derivative and itspharmaceutical salt. The artemisinin derivatives diarteether amine and its pharmaceuticalsalt inhibit the proliferation of leukemic cells, block the cell cycle of leukemic cells andinduce the apoptosis of leukemic cells. Artemisinin derivatives of the present inventionand its pharmaceutical salt can be used for the preparation of anti-leukemia medicines,especially for treatment of acute leukemia and, what's more, for the treatment of acutemyeloid leukemia.
