摘要:process for the isolation of mutants of deletion mutants of vibrio cholerae. in avariant, the deletion is predetermined by the restriction endonuclease digests of knownspecificity.the deletions are inserted into the chromosome by in vivo recombinationcholorae (from a plasmid containing the desired sequence deletion, with laterallyadjacent, and the vibrio cholerae chromosome.in another variant, the initial in vivorecombination event of homologous sequences of recombinant plasmid in thechromomose provides a marker can be selected for the site. a second recombinationevent between homologous sequences in vivo leads to the excision of lateral activespecific genes of chromosome, the final result is a deletion mutation.we also describe theisolation and characterization of a new strain of vibrio cholerae with a deletion in the genectx, as defined by acc, xba, cla i and \\/ or with restriction endonuclease site and also in thegene encoding the toxin d\életion zonula occludens.
