摘要：A substrate carrying tray (1) capable of horizontally placing a substrate (2)thereon and enabling a plurality of trays to be stacked on each other, comprising anupper contact part coming into contact with one tray (1) disposed on the upper side ofthe tray (1) when the plurality of the substrates are stacked on each other and a lowercontact part coming into contact with the other tray (1) disposed on the lower side. Theshapes of the upper contact part and the lower contact part are formed such that, whenone tray is placed on the upper side of the tray, the one tray (1) can be moved in thedirection that the gravity center of the one tray is disposed just above the gravity centerof the tray. Thus, the substrate carrying tray capable of eliminating, by deflection, thepossibility of damage to loaded articles due to contact therebetween and capable ofbeing stably stacked on each other can be provided.
