摘要：The automatic central coupling head 1 of the Willison type is provided at theend sides with at least one guide horn 8 and/or 9 which projects forwards and laterallyand increases the capture range of the central coupling head 1 in its normal positiondetermined by coming to rest against a stop 16 or 17. The guide horn 8 or 9 is held onthe central coupling head 1 so as to be manually movable from its normal position in thedirection of the central longitudinal plane 5; during the manual movement the force of aspring 15 which loads the guide horn 8 or 9 in the direction of abutment with the stop 16or 17 has to be overcome. The guide horns 8 or 9 can be rotatably mounted on thecentral coupling head 1 by means of vertical bolts 10 or 11 or be inherently elasticallydeformable and secured rigidly with their rear end on the central coupling head 1. As aresult of the manually movable design of the guide horns 8 and 9, it is possible for theoperator to push away manually the guide horn 8 or 9 in the direction of the centrallongitudinal plane 5 as required in order to obtain a free space which is necessary forwork to be carried out in an unimpeded and risk-free manner. With subsequent release ofthe guide horns 8 and 9 they return automatically by spring force 15 into their normalposition where they are ready to function.
