摘要：A current sensor circuit in which the magnitude of the magnetic flux obtainedcorresponding to the input current is measured using a Hall element to generate a signalwhich corresponds to the result of measurement. The Hall element (2) is driven by avoltage generated from a voltage follower-type voltage generating unit (4) of which theoutput voltage changes depending on a power source voltage, and the voltage obtainedfrom the voltage generating unit is applied as an offset correction voltage in order tosimplify the circuit of the Hall element portion. In the current sensor circuit, furthermore,the forward threshold voltage and the reverse threshold voltage used by the forwardcomparator unit (6) and the reverse comparator unit (8) are separately generated by afirst reference resistor (5) and a second reference resistor (7) in order to simplify theadjusting operation in the comparator portion and to improve the precision of thecomparator.
