摘要：A water heater including a first electrode and a second electrode in spacedrelation to the first electrode. The first an second electrodes define a fluid path and acapacitance therebetween. The heater may also include a first winding associated with thefluid path and a second winding in spaced relation to the first winding and associated withthe fluid path. The first and second windings generate a magnetic field therebetween andacross the fluid path.
