SOLUTION: In ahousing 21, a measurement flow channel 32 has a sensor channel 405, an upstreamcurved channel 406, and a downstream curved channel 407. The flow rate sensor 22 is
provided in the sensor path 405. The upstream curved path 406 extends from the sensorpath 405 toward the measurement inlet 35, and the downstream curved path 407extends from the sensor path 405 toward the measurement outlet 36. The inner surfaceof the housing 21 has an upstream outer curved surface 411 that forms the curve of theupstream curved path 406 from the outside, and a downstream outer curved surface 421that forms the curve of the downstream curved path 406 from the outer side. Regardingthe measurement flow path 32, assuming a line CL31 as an imaginary straight line thatpasses through the flow rate sensor 22 and extends in the depth direction Z, on the lineCL31, the flow rate sensor 22 has an upstream outer curved surface than a downstreamouter curved surface 421.
