摘要：An atomizer is disclosed, including: an atomizing pipe on which an injection portis provided; a liquid storage chamber provided in the atomizing pipe; and a liquid retainermovably provided on the atomizing pipe, the liquid retainer being able to move verticallyor laterally, or move in a circle around the atomizing pipe, or rotate around a point, andconfigured to adjust a relative state of the injection port with respect to externalenvironment, wherein the relative state is the injection port being in communication withthe external environment, or the injection port being not in communication with theexternal environment. The atomizer can change the relative state of the injection portwith respect to the external environment during the movements of the liquid retainer, soas to realize side liquid injection of the atomizer. In this way, the atomizer can meet theuser's requirements of simple operation, easy injection without liquid leakage. Anelectronic cigarette including the atomizer is also disclosed.
